It's time to exercise our faith and put it to good use! Join us on September 21, 2024, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at Flowers Field for our very special event called Connect, Collaborate, Create! It's part of "Ignite the SPARK to Eradicate Suicide!"
We believe in the power of prayer and holding a vision to create miracles and that's exactly what we will do.
Although our main them is about suicide prevention, we want to bring people together who wish to help some of our vulnerable populations where suicide is a real concern:
Veterans
Young Adults Aged Out of Foster Care
Seniors
Women Affected by Abuse or Homelessness
Bring your talents, skills and knowledge. Bring your connections and resources. Above all else, bring your faith and your ability to pray! When 2 or more are gathered in His Name - He will be there among us!
Why We're Doing This and What to Expect
Suicide is reaching epidemic proportions in our country - and touches all races, all religions and all socio-economic statuses.
Although healthcare professionals are working hard, things are still getting worse.
One of our core beliefs is that when "Man's Ideas" are not working, we need to ask God to show us what's missing.
We respect "the God of Your Understanding" and ask you to come out and pray with us. We will ask God to help us take our society back and show us what to do to be His hands and feet so that we can help more people feel that life is worth living.
We will be showcasing several faith-based efforts to build facilities to improve the health and wellness of some of our most vulnerable people.
We will ask you to check your heart and see if you are being called to assist with one of these efforts - understanding that prayer is a powerful force for good that anyone can participate in.
